Collaboration and communication dysfunctions.

training

People don’t wake up in the morning to make our lives impossible.
Unfortunately, sometimes, our history, our experience, our perception of events, creates communication dysfunctions. Thus, even the seemingly simplest task becomes a territory of misunderstandings, of overlapping words, of the desire to solve things on our own, of a lack of listening.
In these situations, someone becomes the culprit (even when he isn’t), someone else gives up, someone else feels misunderstood. Result? The work that could be done (well) by many, is done (badly) by few.
Every now and then, resetting our mind, stopping to really listen, learning to communicate productively, is essential to achieve maximum collaboration results.
