It is also how that team reacts, in a unified way in real time to the ever increasing outside challenges of a wired planet.
Greece, IS, immigration, sanctions, USA/ EU bilaterals, sustainables, and so on. I call in “Swerving and Swooping”, a bit like a unified flight of birds. Notice the birds do this in an amazing way.
There is something much much bigger than emails that bind such an agile team.
