Simone is an ICF-accredited coach, trainer and lead actor-facilitator, blending executive development with the power of theatre-based learning. He is certified in Transformational Coaching and ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching), an accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner, and a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
With a BA from Conservatorio Teatrale in Rome and further training at RADA in London, Simone designs and delivers highly engaging learning experiences—ranging from one-to-one coaching to forum theatre, bespoke role play and real-play simulations. He supports projects end-to-end, from diagnostic and design through to delivery, with expertise in influencing, negotiation, feedback, advanced communication and presentation skills.
