She graduated in Economics and Management of Arts & Entertainment at the Cattolica University of Milan, and spent a period of study in the USA at the University of Mississippi.
She has 10 years of experience in the luxury business. After having worked for different luxury brands’ press offices in Milan, she explored the challenging and interesting universe of retail to better understand store operations and what creates an impact in the customer journey. Her focus was to build, develop and maintain customer relationships.
Passionate for fashion and for luxury, she has developed the ability to interpret the codes of luxury products, the client’s profile and expectations, with strong attention to details.
She has worked with companies like Etro, Ermenegildo Zegna, Tom Ford and Prada, dealing with key international journalists and final customers.
She fluently speaks Italian, Spanish and English.
